We offers at least 40 sessions a week and you can come as many times as you like.
Our cutting edge method allows sessions to be only 40 minutes long. 
You only need to attend 3 sessions per week even though you can come as many times as you want for even better results. 
All sessions are lead by our passionate personal trainers to keep you safe and motivated.
Custom Nutrition Guidance
No cookie cutter nutrition program here. At the heart of our Challenge is our custom nutrition program.
I like to say that you can't "out-train" a bad diet. Our coaches will give you all the tools you need to transition into making the right food choices without starving and without giving up on taste!
We will ensure you are eating the optimal amounts of protein, fats, and carbs to optimize your bodies ability to burn as much fat as possible during the 6 weeks of the Challenge.
No calorie counting and no starving. I promise!

The number one reason people fail is because they lack the support and accountability needed to keep pushing forward. This is the feature that makes my program stand our from anything you've ever experienced. 
You will be assigned your very own coach who will help guide you every step of the way and hold you accountable via weekly progress reports.

 What are the fees for the challenge?

If you register now your reservation fee is 50% off (only $50), which confirms your spot in the challenge. After that there is a weekly fee of $27 for the 6 weeks of the Challenge. The Challenge will cost you $5.04 per day (including registration). That's less than your favorite latte from Starbucks.
What will be required of me?

We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week and send a weekly progress report to your coach.
What are the sessions times? 

We offer at least 40 sessions a week starting at 5:00am, and ending at 7:00pm.

The sessions are only 40 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.

 Who is the challenge for? 

People from any fitness level can participate in this challenge.

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. 

Challengers range from beginners that have never worked out a day in their life to athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.

The Challenge starts Monday January 15th and goes on for 6 weeks.

I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still do the challenge?
 
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. 
Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at NuBody Fitness
